Shader Engine

It has been frequently requested to have the Devil Shadow System better supporting shaders. Since the DSS has been out of development for a while, I decided to put on something new: I made a standalone shader engine for Blitz3D (using the DSS dll files). It is not compatible to the Devil Shadow System, but it has some pretty nice features.
